Traces

This is my project for Performative and Multimedia Activity Studio which I’ve attended during first semester at Academy of Fine Arts, Poznan. It’s sequence of four visualizations of some data concerning my digital and real live.

First animation shows my face changing through the time.

The second animation is visualization of growing number of my friends in some social network. Size of the leafs represents number of friends that person have. Color represents his or her sex – women have brighter leafs, while men have darker.

The third visualization is fountain of particles and represents money I’ve spend during last years. Size of each particle depends on amount of money I’ve spend.

The fourth visualization is organic structure or spreading virus. It represents growing knowledge base of information which is made of bookmarks I’ve collected during previous years.
